Macy’s Backstage has it all!

Macy’s welcomes Louisiana’s first Macy’s Backstage to its location in Mall of Louisiana! I was excited to attend the Grand Opening Saturday, June 2nd. I was shocked with the number of things they had as well as the amazingly low prices!

A cross between a department store and an outlet, the Macy’s Backstage experience delivers entertainment and an all-access, VIP pass to fashion and savings. Designed to spotlight new products on a faster turn-around, the smaller format of Macy’s Backstage allows shoppers to spot the latest trends and score the best deals in an easy to shop and easy to find store environment. Carving retail space within a Macy’s full-line department store, this new retail combination of an outlet store within a store gives shoppers a new discount destination located right inside of their favorite store, and in the heart of their favorite mall.

Macy’s Backstage is operated by its own buying team who scour the world to find the most fabulous product at the best prices. This structure allows Backstage to deliver a constantly changing assortment of on-trend merchandise at 20 to 80 percent off traditional department store prices and encourages customers to return often to find new treasures. The wide selection will include fresh produce from both new and renowned brands. The outlet store will also carry apparel and accessory brands not currently available at full-line Macy’s, and each Backstage location is specially curated to deliver the perfect style for each community it serves. Shoppers should expect great savings on apparel for men, women, and children, as well as amazing deals on an eclectic assortment of housewares, home textiles & decor, cosmetics, hair & nail care, gifts, jewelry, shoes, designer handbags, accessories, and activewear.

When shopping at the grand opening, I found quite a few steals! I got items for my dog, clothes, shoes and a toy for my son. Clothes for my self and my fiance. Plus some home decor all for about $100. I was shocked! Seriously great prices, plus shopping made easy with so many things to choose from.
