Baby Essentials: Baby Magic & Boudreauxs Butt Paste

Southern Momma’s received the below items for free to publish this post.

As a first time mom, I experimented with baby products until I found the ones we loved best. I have always heard great things about Baby Magic and Boudreaux’s Butt Paste, however, I never tried them until I had my son.

They have so many different baby washes and baby lotions out there. They are all so similar, yet all very different. What stands out the most about Baby Magic is the smell. It is honestly by far the best smelling baby wash and baby lotion I have ever smelt. It really smells like a, well a baby! When my son was a newborn, he had very sensitive skin. I love that he had no problems with any of the Baby Magic products. They all worked perfectly with his skin and did not irritate him or break him out!

About Baby Magic:

Baby Magic is a true legacy brand – we believe in tradition. and that nothing bonds parents together like shared experiences. Take comfort in knowing that when you bathe your little one with Baby Magic, that just a few short years ago – your parents were probably doing the same. For over 65 years, we’ve been creating magical baby smiles from one generation to another, and bonds that last a lifetime.

Another item that I could not live without as a mom was Boudreaux’s Butt Paste! My son was known for butt rashes. He got them often! Boudreaux’s not only helped comfort him, but it also prevented rashes! After trying multiple diaper rash creams, I kept going back to Boudreaux’s.

Change any wet or soiled diapers early and often.

2. DRY
Dry baby thoroughly before putting on a new diaper. For best results, air dry out of the bath.

Use any Boudreaux’s Butt Paste® ointment to seal out moisture and keep baby’s butt dry and free from a rash.

I don’t know if this Boudreaux’s Butt Paste ointment was around when I had to take care of my kids’ fannies. I forgot a couple of pastes’ names that I used. One I made homemade. It was simple! Mix water and corn starch together to make a paste. Then I applied it where needed. I definitely would have used the above paste. Those pastes really worked.
